NOTE: IMPORTANT CHANGES TO AVON SURVEYS

If you've been with Avon a while, you've probably received at least one request to take part in an Avon survey. Avon uses these surveys to monitor and improve our products and services, and we're grateful for the cooperation of all the Representatives who have taken part.

Starting immediately, there will be two changes in our survey process.

First, now all official Avon surveys will come to you under the same name: AvonOpinion. We used to send surveys from a variety of sources. Now, only messages from AvonOpinion will contain Avon survey requests.

Second, you should receive fewer surveys than before. This doesn't mean we're less interested in your opinion! We've streamlined our process so that each survey requires a smaller group of participants than before. We will try to reach every Representative with an e-mail address on file - we just won't contact you as frequently.

When AvonOpinion does contact you, we hope you'll respond promptly and fully to our surveys. Especially now that we've redesigned them, the surveys are very important in making your products and services better and more profitable.
